Medical marijuana bill finds new high in Maryland
now to get it through the house. im glad md already supports MMJ, but at the same time its a very strictly controlled thing still lots of rigamarole to go through to prove you need it, a lot of lawyer money spent. i read about some cases a few months ago that got dropped without even a fine or court fee, but they still had to hire their legal teams and take time off work and still pay for whatever medicines they decide to use, along with fighting the state. but at least they are being cool about it. I would agree that the system they are setting up is well suited for the single roll of using MJ for medicine, and its cool that they consider having it in regular pharmacies.
