Leaf dissease, nute defficiency, or what?

Hi there everyone...
I got these strange brown dots on the leaves on one of my plants.
The leaves are bright green, almost yellowish. The bottom leaves have these dots smaller and rusty colored.

i assume you are growing hydro.. see this thread. some places you need the stuff even if you aren't using RO water (Colorado front range)

Hi there man, thx for replay...

No, Im growing in soil...BioBizz light mix, I use just an ordinary water from a tap.
approx Every second watering Im adding nutes, I use BioSevia grow and bloom organic ferts and Phyt-amin that is used once in a week /i just used it only once/
and thats all...
