ya its same thing as following N2's dillution process, but not everyone has creatine powder or wants to go out and look for vitamin b-2, creatine powder etc.
so for lazy ppl like me, speding a little extra money on a pill that has everything u need is some kind of a convinience.
Its not all convenient as you think it is. The creatine thats found in those magic elixirs will not do you any good when consumed on the day of the U/A because it takes 2-3 days for the creatine to metabolize into creatinine. Any creatine intake must be done at least 3 days before the U/A.

As far as being "lazy", thats not really an excuse. If you have the energy to purchase a magic elixir, then you have the energy to buy B2 and creatine.
