I defianantly agree with an added fan, a 12" oscillating fan would work great. When i ran into heat problems I would open a north facing window to basically cool the fresh air going into the room. Do you keep your door closed? open it and stick the fan in the doorway. You can veg them at a higher temp as long as they have enough water and fresh air. You can keep the plants cooler by watering with colder water. not to cold as you'll shock your plants. i run my veg at 85 by choice. i had it at low 70's with 3000w, but now that it's warmer they use thier water faster and have had a growth spurt. more airflow will also build you thicker stems= thicker buds and help coltrol pests. spider mites can't function properly with a lot of airflow. i keep my mites in check by using 2 16" and one 12" oscillating fans for an 8x10 area and they blow directly on the plants, above and below.
