Alright guys I thought I would do this drug testing deal and share what I am doing, I would love to get some feedback and advice and I will update you guys on my results.

I am 26, 6 ft, 180 lbs, 10-11 percent body fat. I lift weights frequently but do not do a whole lot of cardio. I have 3-4 smoke sessions throughout the day usually (medical user)

Today is Friday, I took a hit this morning and then found out I am going to be drug tested for a new job I am taking in sales, most likely Tuesday maybe a little later. I am not going to smoke again until after I get my results. Here is what I am planning to do to pass, please offer tips if you guys have any.

Drink shitloads of water between now and then. Also going to be doing lots of cardio to inhibit sweating, as well as spending some time in the Sauna at my gym. The cleanser that I am leaning towards is Royal Flush. This is only because the dispensary I frequent reccomended it

As for tesing day, I am going to follow the instructions listed on the box, as well as starting my stream in the toilet before peeing in the cup.


For the most part, I feel fairly confident because of my lack of body fat and willingness to damn near kill myself over the next four to five days getting ready for this. Please let me know what else I can do to help further my chances!
