Hair follicle testing : 60 days clean

I will be 60 days clean by the time I have a hair test. My hair is right a 2 inches today and I am 46 days clean.

My last haircut was a 25 days ago and was cut very short on sides and very short on top.

My question is at 60 days clean with very short hair , is it necessary to do Jerry's full technique, Or should I be ok if I cut 1/2 an inch off and use a detox shampoo?

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am 6ft tall, very fast metabolism, 160 pounds.

Given the time clean is at 60 days.. Do you think a bleach with 40 and a redye should be enough. Ive been clean 46 days and my hair is a little under 2 inches on top.

I would cut 1/2 inches off and use the detox shampoo. I don't think it will be necessary for you to bleach and redye. Were you a daily smoker before you stopped?

I smoked about 2 hits daily before I quit.. and as I said before at time of hair test I should be 60 days clean.

For example , If hair test is on a Monday should I bleach and redye 4 days before and then should I use the detox shampoo the day before the actual hair test?

Sorry I misread you stated a re-dye might not be necessary...

what brand would you recommend Zydot, any others? When should one use the detox shampoo in relation to the test?

One day before ? Or the day of the test?

I don't think the shampoo alone will be enough now that I know your a daily smoker. Sorry to make this process more complicated but its better to be safe than sorry. Jerry G's method followed by Zydot shampoo is what I would recommend. The bleach and redye can be done several days before the test, but the Zydot shampoo and baking soda treatment need to be done the day of the test.

Yep do the toxin wash as well. No point in skimping if your going to do the whole process anyway.
