Yep do the toxin wash as well. No point in skimping if your going to do the whole process anyway.

My last haircut was a 25 days ago and was cut very short on sides and very short on top. My question is at 60 days clean with very short hair , is it necessary to do Jerry's full technique, Or should I be ok if I cut 1/2 an inch off and use a detox shampoo?
