I don't think the shampoo alone will be enough now that I know your a daily smoker. Sorry to make this process more complicated but its better to be safe than sorry. Jerry G's method followed by Zydot shampoo is what I would recommend. The bleach and redye can be done several days before the test, but the Zydot shampoo and baking soda treatment need to be done the day of the test.
