Same thing happened to me when I bought a speed controller. I returned mine. If you find a solution to the problem please post it.
demoreal Reviewed by demoreal on . 10" inline fan with a speed controler... Whats up everyone.. Got all my new gear in finally and had some questions for people who use speed controllers... I got a 10" inline fan to cool my hood (600w) and a fan controller to slow it down for less noise. The only problem is that when using the speed controler to slow it down the fan makes a loud buzzing noise but still works as intended. Was wondering if this is normal? The noise from the wind and such is minimal when using the controler but again it has a weird buzz noise Rating: 5
