Dude, I'm trying to get my card and these doctors offices up here are so damn shady. I'm sorry if I have a problem faxing medical records to some random number with no medical office associated to it (Just because it says it on the web site, doesn't make it true). I'm in Queen Anne and can't seem to find any place near Seattle.

Can anyone help???? How did all you guys get your cards? Do I have to fax personal information off to a random number?

ANy help/advice would be much appreciated. Just moved here from So Cal and am was a patient there. I'm about to run out of medication and this is a pain where back home, it was an easy afternoon to get your card.

Thats pretty much what you have to do or ask them if you can drop them by personally.

Oh okay, with all the issues up here in WA I am leery of just sending them off to random person.

Go too http://northenclub420.com they have 3 doctors listed you can call that are not "SHADY", they are actual DOCTOR OWNED CLINICS...we members at club420 don't recommend doc-in -the-box clinics....our legal threads show why we don't...:thumbsup:
