Can you go and get a reciept from the dispensary showing that you paid all the fees at least? I bet the dispensary put your return address-how could the registry tell if you didn't send it in? I wouldn't worry about it, but in the future I'd do it yourself

also-this BS about not having to mail in and pay your money to the state is crap. I know that some people have had problems-but if you are not paying the $90 then that's just going to be something that the "haters" bring up later-about how people go get a dr. recomendation and don't bother doing the rest of the legal matters. you may be able to get away with it, but it gives the already questionable industry a bad name when it emerges later. The "60 day" waiting time from the DR signiture was originally so that you could wait to get your card in. But the registry just hired a bunch of temp work, so the cards should be coming shortly. They are hoping with the revenue to hire more workers that are permanant.
