I'll honestly never understand why middle-class conservative voters knee-jerkingly blame everything on higher taxes on the rich, bigger government, and individual irresponsibility. How the hell do middle-class voters lap this shit up when the foremost problem is income disparity and the factors that play into widening gap:

The top 5% richest people in the U.S. seriously have 90% of the overall wealth!!!

Doesn't sound too socialist or communist to me.. Sounds like a plutocracy--where rich people revolve in and out of public office deregulating their respective markets, only to return to that world to reep the easier profits they've sown for themselves.

Policy actually matters in the real world, and shit isn't simply resolved by brandishing a teabag and saying stupid untrue shit that confuses dumb and old people--thus causing inertia in the process because we have to convince half the country that there's such things as facts and data that can be used to find solutions to real problems.

Instead of worshiping DC's like Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman (lol!!!!these are the tea parties actual leaders!!! shameless) try actually supporting real third-party movements whose members have more in common than just the piss and vinegar in their blood.

Peace

In a nutshell, 31% of the 2000+ responders blame G.W for our current economic problems. 25% blame Wall Street. Dems in congress got 16%. Obama 14%. Funny how the teabaggers main platforms (smaller govt, less taxes) was exactly the same exact garbage GW sold us. And we all know how well that worked out for all of us. We will be paying for his mistakes for a generation. Right now the baggers are trying to blame Acorn for the systematic looting Rating: 5
