Harris poll: Bush Still Blamed for Economy

The top 5% richest people in the U.S. seriously have 90% of the overall wealth!!!

Doesn't sound too socialist or communist to me.. Sounds like a plutocracy--where rich people revolve in and out of public office deregulating their respective markets, only to return to that world to reep the easier profits they've sown for themselves.

Policy actually matters in the real world, and shit isn't simply resolved by brandishing a teabag and saying stupid untrue shit that confuses dumb and old people--thus causing inertia in the process because we have to convince half the country that there's such things as facts and data that can be used to find solutions to real problems.

Instead of worshiping DC's like Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman (lol!!!!these are the tea parties actual leaders!!! shameless) try actually supporting real third-party movements whose members have more in common than just the piss and vinegar in their blood.

    Peace
Yea......its NOT THE GOVT.'s PLACE to decide how much money people can make and what they can do with it.....thats the PEOPLES choice. Sorry, thats NOT how it works here....that top 5% ALREADY pays the majority...let the folks who wanna pay more taxes VOLUNTEER and pay more. The top 5 % can afford to hide their money, and they are in record numbers.

Yeah, but that top 5% is mostly the government. Why the fuck does someone need a 6 figure salary for REPRESENTING PEOPLE! It's not even like they are the ones thinking of the topics to bring up, they are being told this. It seems to me like Being a Senator should be a volunteer position that comes with AT MOST benefits, no salary, because I know they aren't so busy as to have NO TIME at all in the day to have some sort of employment. But the sheer fact that SOME of them make upwards of the $100,000 is just sickening.

Exactly, I wonder this too. What really amazes me is I had lower middle class construction guys telling me how much Rush makes sense.
Some people delude themselves into thinking they might get rich and need those low taxes on millions of dollars but they rarely ever do and end up voting against themselves time and time again.

Voting GOP this year is like giving the keys back to the drunk driver that wrecked the economy when they show no remorse for their actions and haven\'t even sobered up yet.

    Can you define "hit"?

Either way I just couldn't do it. Some things are better left untouched. That is one of them. Though she does have that hot stewardess vibe (no offense meant to real stewardess).

Not everybody has your taste in women my friend.

Short of duct taping her mouth shut (and most women would be insulted, thus, not inclined to let themselves be hit) ....and honestly what fun is that? I would NOT hit that.

I have found out that "hitting" a crazy woman can be hazardous to my health. I have also found out "hitting" a stup.....thats too harsh....an unintelligent woman to be boring.

Put the two together and you have Palin.

But.... If I had your youth..... And I could hit and run.....no, I still couldn't do that.
Sorry. I think she is a hard off.

As for hunting with her, that would require listening to her talk, and there would be a fair chance I would shoot myself just to get medivacked(sp) out of there.

did you ever stop to think that maybe they aren't voting against themselves and the poor, but for the constitutional demand that no individual or group be singled out for extraordinary restrictions or punishments? not everyone is a self-centered prick, intent on screwing anyone else for their own benefit. there are plenty of folks who just know it's wrong to steal, a lesson that the proponents of forced wealth redistribution and usurious tax rates on the wealthy seem to have missed. instead of denigrating them for their attempts to keep this country from sliding into a miasma of entitlements at the expense of the productive, we should be applauding their insistence on the supremacy of the individual's rights and defense against the minions of over-sized intrusive government. we should congratulate them for their willingness to labor for their existence instead of accepting the meager handouts of the political elite, but that would mean admitting the low intentions of the liberal establishment and those who advance the tenets of mob rule.
