GREAT WORK JOHN!!!!

Outstanding on getting them to post this article with the pie chart. Sometimes visuals help...they do for me.

I can't express the sickness that I feel when I see how "backwards" this program is right now. Hell if they NEED more help I would GLADLY volunteer my assistance in helping them clear the backlog for FREE to help them! I am 100% serious on this.
