The bill which would have ended legal growing rights for patients and their caregivers as of January 2012, died Friday morning when the General Assembly ended its 2010 session. The bill never left its first stop at the House Judiciary Committee. The Committee never voted on the bill.
futureboy Reviewed by futureboy on . Anyone have any new info about bill 7275? A bill that could, if enacted by the legislature, give the compassion centers the authority to determine who would be able to cultivate medical marijuana has been proposed at the State House. If enacted by the legislature, patients and caregivers would lose the protections currently provided by the law in January 2012. Patients and their caregivers would be allowed to cultivate only if authorized by the compassion centers. This is BAD!!:( Rating: 5
