Will cutting one or two mid-plant branches significantly slow down the growth of the remaining buds?? It doesn't seem like it't packing on much more weight over the last few days. The trichs are almost all cloudy and I'm just starting to see some ambers... so it's ready... I just want the majority of it to be very stoney!!

Go for it.
I've read that it's "harmful".
But ink don't make it true.
It's a very rare grower who hasn't cut a "sacrificial limb", or two.
If you have several plants, just "tax" one of them, then you will know if it's harmful or not, yah?
