    Issuing a Formal Complaint?

I totaly agree and today after i get my kids in bed i am going to send Mr. richardson a email and a phone call......on another note i am a licensed grower and i just started growing so my plants are nowhere near done but in time when they are and i have gotten what i can posses i would like to give it to paitients that need it not sure how legal that is but as we have already said most of us have to buy it illegaly anyways.

I have also been told that i (we) should sue the sate of new mexico for not having medication available when needed. I dont know how good of an idea that is but it is an idea.

I would love to see Colorado Medical Cannabis make it's way down to New Mexico to help us out but... It's across state lines and that's where the Feds step in. It will never happen.

At this point I'm just going to have to place my faith in the Paxil and plod on. The truly amazing thing is, I started this thread today and lo and behold I get an email AND a phone call from grassrootsrx. After weeks of trying to get in contact. I was fed up and realized that if this is type of service to expect, maybe it's better to go without the service. I told them thanks, but no thanks.
I would sign a petition and I have done this back in 1998 & 1999 while attending UNM. There is a problem with some of the ideas stated. I'll try on one or two:
To have an agreement with other states those states must agree and they must have a supply base that will support their people as well as the out of towners; next there must be systems of accountibility on the limits one can have, get, purchase that each state can use to track any persons use.(short version :jointsmile

The limit on the producers must be addressed both at the states and federal levels; 95 is the safey mark(I'm think) The state is not the big issue, it's the Fedral Laws; we know that changes must be made there for real peace in our journey for a better life.

Any way, there are a bunch of people who have license to grow their own meds. Some of us need more meds for relief, other people need less. The amount a license will allow one to grow is fixed. :weedpoke:

Make a provision to the law that allows an individual grower to sell any excess they have to the large licensed growers, at cost. Then maybe there would be more on hand. I doubt there would be droves of people doing that, but any amount sold to the dispensaries would help. :joint1:

I've read of people donating marijuana to dispensaries in Washington state and California. Some of these dispensaries, I've read, even give some donated weed, for free, to card holders who need meds and are out of money.

Perhaps this could even cause the dispensaries to lower their price, but I doubt it.

    There you have it. :hippy:
One of the new Producers is trying to institute that type of program for folks that cannot afford their meds now.

That would rock! Not every one can afford $300-$400 per oz.

    Issuing a Formal Complaint?

Hey I'm new to forum but not new to subject. I actually just contacted local news channel about the dispensaries after watching my husband writhe in agony for days now. If pharmacies ran out of arthritis medication there would be hell to pay, but the general public seems to think this is some kind of scam. People seem to think that this is designed for "cheech and chong" type people, but they don't see the real people and real consequences that not getting this affects. Be verbal, make complaints, stand up until we're heard.

I happen to know for fact that some patients HAVE sold to dispensaries and that's how they got started, and why some ran out so quickly.

has anone even recieved information about any product being available soon? You dont have to go into to detail on what they say i am just curious if thye have sent out thier "flyers" of product and prices yet. I havent recieved anything form any of the dispenseries since i submitted my applications with them which was early feb. I call no response..leave a message no call back...email no response. Its the same for all of them. I have not once talked to a human at any of the dispenseries (are they human or lil green men?) lol ha ha weed can always turn a serious thing to suddenly funny....but seriously has anyone actually bought from one yet?

the last review committee meeting wasn't newsworthy.

    <dragging dead horse out>

New Mexico has MM. and a network of approved dispensaries
    The law has been followed

    Oh, not enough dispensaries?

    Tough

Love, the folks that are ultimately responsible

    <<putting dead horse away>>

A clear concise communication to your state senator will have a bigger impact then you think. Do you think the MM excise tax bill died off because nobody in Sate Fe wanted all that extra cash?

Make your state and local reps know you are out there and will be voting in the next election. Polite hard numbers " I've been unable to buy MM legally for 27 weeks now." work wonders when getting the attention of those who HAVE THE POWER to put the pressure on DOH top dogs to turn the wheels as they were designed

    <<really putting it away now>>
