Sure you can...but theres no substitute for making your own mix. Remember cannabis is a weed, it can grow anywhere in almost any climate. The difference is how well it grows and how potent the result. For beginers, they often go out and buy the most exspensive soils,seeds,and lighting or other eq. then when there results are great they naturally assume its becuase they invested so much into all. Good soil,Plenty of light,and a drink now and then is all they really need. For my money I have soil dumpped on my front lawn, I use what I need and spread the rest. If you 'rotate' the soil by transplanting often you should do just fine, but you run the risk of shocking the plants and losing a few days of growth while they recover. (don't wait until they are root-bound to transplant them, better early then late)
