yes you can! some store bought soil comes with added nutrients its cheaper this way nutrients help speed things up and depending on your consitant npk you will have nice fire nugs

I add nutrients. If you are not going to add nutrients be sure to use soil with worm and bat poop. Even then your plants could be nutrient deficient.

Its possible and if you search you can find some successful grows without nutes. However why would you want to?!?! Unless you can't get nutes then thats a whole different story. :thumbsup:

Yes you certainly can!

Glad you asked this. If you use a top-notch soil mix like Ocean Forest and transplant about every 2-3 weeks until the last 6 weeks of growth, you are actually fertilizing each time you transplant.

By adding nutrients to these 'hot' soils you risk burning or damaging your plants.

Sure you can...but theres no substitute for making your own mix. Remember cannabis is a weed, it can grow anywhere in almost any climate. The difference is how well it grows and how potent the result. For beginers, they often go out and buy the most exspensive soils,seeds,and lighting or other eq. then when there results are great they naturally assume its becuase they invested so much into all. Good soil,Plenty of light,and a drink now and then is all they really need. For my money I have soil dumpped on my front lawn, I use what I need and spread the rest. If you 'rotate' the soil by transplanting often you should do just fine, but you run the risk of shocking the plants and losing a few days of growth while they recover. (don't wait until they are root-bound to transplant them, better early then late)
