First time grower-Bonsai plant problem

Hi all,i would first like to thank you all for the wealth of info that has given me the confidence to start my own grow.

My plants are 16 days old from seed,11 days from germination under a 600w growlux,but one plant seems to be a dwarf,it is at the same stage as the others in the amount of leaves but in miniature.

All 9 plants are different strains but from reputable seedbanks,could it be a strain thing?

I have posted some pics and any advice on what the problem is and if its possible to rectify the situation i would be truly grateful.

P.S sorry for the poor quality pics,and the mini plant is in the bottom right hand corner.

you got a runt there..but i suggest looking at the top link in my sig...how much red is in the growlux....too much red light makes males....more blue makes females....14hour light schedule = more females...high nitrogen, low phosphorous and pottasium helps also! :thumbsup:
