Pre-employment tests should never be supervised. You have done nothing wrong, so your employer and the lab they send you to are both working under the assumption that you are clean. If you are considering subbing you should be fine as long as you get the temperature right. On the other hand, once you get the job, if they send you for a Reasonable Suspicion UA, you may be observed.
