This is the kind of thing that happens when we allow the thugs to pass ridiculous laws like the smoking laws. I've never been a tobacco smoker but it has never bothered me to be around them and I have no health issues involving my lungs. Second hand smoke is a joke. If you were locked in bathroom with smokers for 10 years maybe you might have some bronchitis issues.
