definately cfl if you have a small budget.

I normally do 24 hr then 16/8 so may 24 for a week then 16/8 after.

I think I need to start indoor since I 'm growing from seed. I sold off all my indoor equipment, so I need a new light to sprout the seeds. What type of light should I buy? I would prefer something on the inexpensive side (flourescent?). What should the light cycle be? 16hrs light, 8 dark? Thanks for your help. Rating: 5
