How much you need to take all depends on what your "baseline" creatinine level was to begin with...And you will not know this without testing your creatinine level with a validity strip.

If 1 teaspoon is all what it takes to keep your creatinine level over 20 mg/dL, then so be it. 1 teaspoon it is...

If more is required, then use more.
