Wa Supremes To Hear Case
the Washington State Supreme Court is going to hear a case about a fired worker who told during the pre-hire screening that they were an mmj patient. Then fired them when a pre-employment PT game back dirty. But not until later in the year. Can you say discrimination?

Yep. Just another example of where if you're willing to sacrifice your ethics and cheat on the test you can have a job but if you tell the truth you won't.
I have no problem with playing the game and can cheat any time they want to start the game, because for me its just a game. Its just another shitty job in a long line of shitty jobs and I was looking for a job when I found that shitty job and just move on to the next shitty job.

Not too concerned about the expiration issue as writing one on an MMJ authorization is pretty much meaningless and holds no legal weight in court unless your medical condition has changed for your, terminal/debilitating disease. But its still always nice to have a legal case set as a presedent to help resolve any later issues.
