No not too much light... light per square feet... 55,000 lumens in an hps divided by your square feet should equal more than 7,500 lumens per square foot. So the area of each corner of plants should be less than 8 sq. feet.

If the run-off you're measuring is tinted, the color tests will be skewed. In this case I run it through a coffee filter or paper towel until its clear.

Not sure if Nitrogen deficiency or over watered. Temp 75-89 Co2-600ppm RH-50 Dirt- Regular topsoil with worm scat, bat guano, Just top soil. 4-400watt HPS each side of room. 2 Fans moving air around.
