fox farm trio fertilzer question
Are you growing in soil? That's the stuff I've used. Label directions are about right, I usta underfeed with it a tad. Basically, the Grow-big is for the veg (18/6) stage, and the Tiger stuff is for the 12/12 flower stage. I think Big Bloom is like an organic "tea" kinda thing, if I remember the labels right I think it replaces trace nutrients that are in the Fox Farm soils. It's much less concentrated, and is like an "extra" amendment. Not really necessary with those ferts, but if you got it, good.
Start light, (with the GROW stuff) like 1/2 tsp per gallon. If you are over fertilizing, the very tips of the leaves will start to brown, so pay close attention to dat. Work up to the recommended, or whatever you dare, concentration. You can add some of the "tea" stuff whenever it makes you feel good, I think that's mostly what it's for...:wtf:DreadedHermie Reviewed by DreadedHermie on . fox farm trio fertilzer question i am 5 weeks into growing my plants and have never really fertilized much yet. i want to give my plants a boost so i bought the fox farm trio pack. my plants are growing under 6 40 watt flour lights and on the 18/6 schedule. can anyone tell me which fert to start with and how much since i have never used it.
