One Step Closer!!!!!!!!

Thanks to everyone for the support!

JM.....You are one truly caring and giving person and I owe my success in obtaining my card to you my friend!

I turned in my application on the 19th of April and my card came in the mail today! The card was not really what I expected as in it looks very simple and basic. It also appears as though the machine used to make the cards is running a bit short on ink....LOL......

Again big thanks to JM for all the help and compassion!!!!! I also want to thank you all for your support and good Karma sent my way, I am positive it helped!

Sandia Reviewed by Sandia on 05-02-2010. One Step Closer!!!!!!!! Well folks I am now one step closer to turning in my application!!!! I got my pain management doctor to fill out my application!!! I have an appt next week with PCM for the second signature and then I plan on turning it all in!!! I was a bit nervous asking my doc about this. He was the one to recommend this to me back in January but I did not want to jeopardize our relationship. The meeting couldn't have been farther from my imagination. I didn't even ask about it until he said Rating: 5
