    T8 Fluorescent tubes?

    I was wondering could i use 2 2ft 18w t8 fluorescent tubes for veg and flowering? both equal 2300 lumen's and i read you can veg and flower at a minimum of 2000 lumen's, i will only be growing 1 plant.

    But i might be growing up to 5 plants would this light setup still be ok?

    T8 Fluorescent tubes?

    I use 4 x 2 ft flour. tubes to grow 3 plants. Closet is pretty small. But works just fine .

    consider your plant to be like an engine, the size of the plant is the size of the motor, the amount of light is the amount of fuel, you want more growth speed, you need more fuel or light. as the plants gets bigger it need more feul to keep up the speed (V8 engine feul efficiency vs. a four cylinder) but can survive on a trickle of fuel, similar to idling your engine (keeps running but doesnt move).
