When/if you have kids, what do you think you're gonna tell them about pot. I know for a fact, i'm not going to want my kids smoking until at least after their junior year. anytime sooner (i think) is much to soon. Now i know there are many of you that can smoke and not "head down that road". For me, i began to smoke and i headed down the wrong road. My life is really bad right now. And i don't want my kids to fall fool to the desire of being high. God my life sucks so much right now. I'm fucking depressed. No college for me. I'm headed to the local community college. fuck. I feel bad for my parents more than myself. All three of their sons went to a fucking community college at high school. Well i suppose as long as i get my degree i'll be ok. Maybe i'll go to grad school to make up for fucking around in high school.

Tip of the day:

don't fuck around in high school, and don't be shy. At the time i thought smoking pot would relieve the pressures of being shy. basically allow me to be extroverted.

well, ill wait till theyre gonna experiment it by theirselves, or when theyll be like 16-17 ill just come up to the subject and see their opinions bout that. but id like to smoke a spliff later with my kids if i come to have some.

I hope my son is like me and maybe dosent smoke till in his 20's so he can grow into a big man.If he tries it i hope that he tells me about it so i can try and lead him on the right path.I tried it at 15 had 2 cones and was so wasted i hated it i was sick.As a matter of fact i hope that he dosent smoke at all and becomes someone to make a difference in the world.If we dont look after our kids and lead them on the right path who will ?

im hoping 17ish...but it'll prolly be sooner. and ill just tell them id rather not have them smoking pot until they were older...and if they listened, then i wouldnt care at all when they turn 17ish...and if they didnt...then id give them a hard time about it till they were older. just cause im a bastard...but at least they cant get pissed at me, cause i did give em a good offer.

man...im weird, just realised that im talking about kids i dont even have...and i dont even plan on having any...but i would love to have some...just wont work out with my life plan...oh well.

senior in highschool i hope but i started when i was 8 which is WAAAAY too early to smoke herb(cus my big bro smoked and i looked up to him)but ill most likely let him smoke a little when hes around 14-16 but the second i see grades drop then hes done smokin til hes a senior or on his own

I can't wait to have a kid and enlighten him/her about the magic of cannabis. I'll probably wait till he tries it at around 15 or 16 and then smoke with him/her. I just hope my kid isn't really into alcohol.

Here's my 2 cents on education for my kid: I'm going to give my kid a lot of freedom, i'm not going to nag him about his homework or if he gets bad grades because it's his life. Sure, i want him to succeed but i'm not going to force anything on him. If he wants to mess around, ultimately that's his choice, i'll sit him down and talk to him and try to lead him down the rite road but if he chooses not to listen, then that's up to him. I know some people will disagree with me but that's my opinion.

I dunno I went through the teenage years with the weed drugs booze cigarettes, caffeine..then I got away from most of it..then later I went back to it..

I think we all get many opportunities to get into all this stuff, and we have opportunities to get out of them, so I think sometimes its more a question of your choices and decisions that define your life more than whether or no you try or smoke weed /do other drugs/whatever....

I think its important to strongly inform them about addiction, control over one's self, their options and choices...

You can be a hardass if you want , but in most scenarios I doubt it will be effective..

Oh BTW I have a kid..one, anyway......
