G'day from Oz...Im new at this...and im having problem's..with my leaf's curling up
Yep, I have to think the last post is right. You should judge your light distance by putting your hand in on the top of the plant, under the light. If it feels hot to you, it's to much for them to. Adjust to where the plants (and your hand) just feel a little warmth.
However I've never used coco, so I can't help in that area.
