Hello, I have a question regarding how a hair test works. I know this board is devoted to marijuana, but my test involved two different drugs, I imagine the test works on the same principle though. 3 months ago (12/31/04) I did 2 lines of coke and took a pill of X. It was new years eve, and I had never taken drugs before, I don't know what I was thinking. Anyways, I had to take a hair drug test today 4/10/05. I always keep my hair very short. I shave my head every two weeks down two 3/8". So I would have had 7 hair cuts between ingestion and the hair test. I actually just had a hair cut (down to 3/8") 3 days before the test. Do I have anything to worry about? I am super paranoid, and my job is at risk. I'm even thinking about buying one of those home hair tests, where you send it into a lab, just to appease my mind, because they said the results would not be back for a month. Any input on how the hair test works would be much apprecaited. Thank you, and believe me I will never use drugs again.
