hey all...im new here and im in bit of a predicament...ive been a heavy smoker for about 4 years now...and im currently looking for a job...i know i will have to take a drug test sooner or later...ive thought about going clean but 3+ months without marijuana is a very hard thing for me to do (im sure my fellow smokers will agree) so ive been researching like crazy these past few days trying to find a solution...a friend of mine recommended "Q-Carbo" and he says it works but ive read mixed reviews about this product and it seems like a pain in the ass to use...then i came across "Quick Fix 4.0" this looks like a great product...reliable and easy to use...does anybody know what stores sell these? ordering it online is not an option for me...i live in New Orleans, Louisiana if that helps...please any information would be appreciated

Hey, former Nola girl here... why can't you buy it online? is LA one of the states you can't ship to? if you can't ship there, the head shops may not be able to carry it... but, try Mary Janes on Decatur or Herb Import on Canal near Lakeview. When is the test? I know it stinks, but if you have time, you may just need to quit for a while. I am a daily smoker for 20+ years and the last time I got clean it only took 11 days to clear out my system. If you can't get the Quick Fix, have some time and know when the test is going to be, follow the dilution sticky. You should be able to get hold of an at home test and be able to tell if you are passing the test before you go in. Remember, everyone is different and I do know someone who took 45 days to clear out their system, so please do not go off of my 11 day estimate. Good Luck!:rastasmoke:

Its QuickFix 5.7 now. Check your local smoke shops and even check porn shops. There are other synthetic urines that work too. If you have to you can try subbing with someone elses CLEAN urine.

If I were you I would take the road that sucks and stop for a while. I just went through a scenario where I knew for a month and a half that I would be moving to a new job and didn't stop until I the company I was interviewing with told me I had to take a test. It was incredibly stressful as I only had 10 days till my test. I have passed a UA with Qcarbo32 in the past, but I had quit for 22 days before. I couldn't afford to not get this job so I went with a clean friends donation and subbed. I had already bought 2 bottles of qcarbo about 3 weeks ago in anticipation of a test so I tried an at home test three days after quitting smoking but still only barely, with a very faint line, came up negative. I am 5'8", 205lbs, average metabolism, fairly athletic with a little beer belley and had smoked at least a couple one hitters a day for the past year.

After a lot of research and the test run it was clear I could have gotten the same results following the dilution sticky on here without dropping 100 bucks. I would recommend getting a couple home tests, and if possible, some adulteration strips (some tests come with them or you can buy them online) to test your creatine and specific gravity levels after diluting and test yourself at home. Like marleygirl said, everyone is different and your weight, body fat, metabolism..etc.. will effect your results. Regardless, if you go with dilution you should quit for at least a couple days, and being a heavy smoker I wouldn't risk it if you really need the job.

A lot of people on here have recently passed with quick fix so I would look for that if you don't have a clean friend. With the QF though it can be reheated and has a shelf life unlike someone elses sample that will start to go bad after 8 hours unless it is frozen. If you decide to sub then make sure you practice your strategy because the key is the temperature. You know its clean, but if the temp isn't withing a couple degrees of 98 it will raise red flags. i cant order online because i dont have a credit card yet...im 18 btw...plus im living with my older sister temporarily and she doesnt want me smoking weed at all...there arent any local headshops near me either...i know...quite a predicament right? lol...sorry but i dont have the will power to stop...ill just have to take a risk with q-carbo when the time comes...thanks everybody for your advice :rasta:

Not a good idea. I'd spend my last dime on creatine from your local GNC if you want to pass. There is nothing in the Qcarbo that is going to help you pass if you are checked for dilution. Good luck.

Creatinine is a measure of kidney functions to determine how dilute a urine sample is. The creatinine has to be below 20 mg/dL for the sample to be considered too dilute. Creatinine levels above the 20 mg/dL are considered acceptable.

Creatinine is found in all muscle tissue and begins life as creatine. Creatine passes through the body in two ways. First is consumption as it is available as a supplement, and is also found in all types of red meat and fish. The second is production by the body. As muscles are broken down and rebuilt, creatine is metabolized into creatinine. It takes 2 days for the body to metabolize creatine into creatinine. Creatinine in high levels is toxic, therefore the kidneys filter out the creatinine from the blood and pass it on to the bladder. Creatinine extraction from the blood is at a very constant rate and the level in the urine is constant, varying only with the length between urinations. Therefore, a creatinine level under 20 mg/dL indicates a bladder being continuously emptied in an attempt to pass a U/A.
