Anyone else have trouble sleeping?
I've not been able to sleep properly for as long as I can remember. I can only sleep when I'm extremely tired like 5:00 in the morning or something. Even if I exercise like yesterday I was out on my bike a few times and I did some bench press in the evening; I felt tired but still couldn't sleep. There's too much going on in my head to sleep I think. And whereas most people need darkness and silence to sleep I'm the opposite, I need the TV on or something. Silence and darkness keep me awake even more. Me being paranoid doesn't help either, every noise I hear outside makes me jump out of bed and go looking out of every window in the house, I always think someone's gonna do something to the house. Like last night there was about 5 young lads on the corner of our street drinking at about 2:30 am, you should have heard the fucking noise out of them, they were shaking their bottles up and squirting it all over the place; lil' bastards got no respect for anybody.
