Typical government, going the easy way with outdoor greenhouses. If they had only invested a little in lighting and equipment then the meds would be quicker, and a potential for a lot more harvests...although a little more expensive at first, they would be able to turn a small profit quicker and keep it that way!

I wonder if each greenhouse is producing different strains, or as I take it from the article: growing one strain.
