If they were bred properly and come from a reputable breeder, then yes, they will be 100% female. However, some feminized seeds are more likely to hermie (female but produce male flowers and pollen) than others.
NL should be an easy one to grow for a newb, the blueberry shouldn't be too challenging either. If I remember correctly, the blueberry likes to be topped in veg for the best results.
See if you can find out where the seeds came from, whether they are from a breeder or if they came from your friend's (or someone else's) "accident", which usually means that the parent plants hermied and made seeds. Seeds from hermies will always be female.
If you know the breeder, you can probably find grow reports around the web for both strains.
