Lush green droopy twisty bottom leaves
Hi guys, i have droopy, twisty leaves at the bottom of my 4" plants (the first set of leaves, slightly in second set) the are green and one has very slight browning at the tips of the leaves, the serated tips. I'm thinking over fertilizing, so i added 2 more liters of PH adjusted water to my 16 liter basin.
Oh ya it's a hydro setup.
What is your experience level? - Second time at it.
Your Equipment:
.1) Type and wattage of lights.- HO Flourescent, 24 watt x 2 (24")
.2) Distance from tops? - 2 inches
.3) Reflector type? Bare Bulb, reflective mylar above and all sides
.4) Is there a consistent fresh air supply? yes
.5) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan? no circulation fan, inlet comes from below tray
.6) What are the bulb wattages, kelvin ratings, and schedule? 24 watt, 6400k, 24 hrs
Your medium:
.7) Specific brand and type of soil, (coco, peat based soilless...) and anything you've added to it. (vermiculite, perlite, worm castings...) 2x2 rockwool cube and orchid rocks
.8) Size of container. - 6" basket
.9) Did you use peat pucks (or similar) to root clones or germinate seedlings? no rockwool cubes
Your nutrients and water:
10) Source of water? (tap, bottled or filtered) What's it's ph before adjusting? Tap water, about 7 ph
11) Method of checking water ph. (ph pen, test strips, aquarium test kit...) aquarium test kit
12) Method of adjusting water ph. (phosphoric acid, white vinegar, hydrated lime, PH Up...) - PH Down (phosphoric acid)
13) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. List dosages (quantity per gallon) and current feeding schedule. - Wild Thing A,B and M. (A - 0-9-6) (B - 5-0-0) (M - 1-0-1) 3 ml each for each Liter of water, using 16 liters of water
14) How often are you watering between feedings, and how much per watering? - Hydro setup, currently water every 3 hours for 20 mins, half way up the basket
15) Any additives or tea's? (Superthrive, CalMag, molasses, Mother's Earth...) No
16) Are your ph levels stable, or do they fluctuate? - first week i had a daily drop in ph, now after the second replacement of water in the basin the ph is stable
17) What is your ingoing water's ph? ...your runoff ph? Ingoing adjusted to 6.0 - 6.5, runoff is consistant with ingoing.
18) Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you spray? - Did at the begining with PH adjusted water, but not anymore.
Your growroom:
19) Indoors or outdoors? - Indoors
20) What size of closet, room or hut? - 2.5" x 2" x 2" (L x W x H)
21) What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on? ...With lights off? - almost constant 74 degrees, humidity fluctuates with watering 40% to 60%
22) Have you seen signs of insects in the growroom? Never
Your strain:
23) What strain are you growing? (Indica dominate or Sativa dom?) Indica dominate (Special Kush #1 for royal queen)
24) From seeds or clones? seeds
