FIRST TIME GROWER NEEDS HELP??????

im growing 3 jack herer feminized under a 250w hps with no vent only the door is open for ventilation they will get 7-8 hours of light until flowering i now i should give more light but my girlfreind is afraid a fire might start when flowering i will hope to give 12/12 cycle.But

#will the plant still grow and flower <seed/veg light7-8 hour>
#HOW MUCH BUD DOES A PLANT PRODUCE UNDER 250W

Yes your plant will grow. it will prob flower early because under 7-8hrs it prob thinks its the fall season (unless its a special veriety). Mine flower in less then 13hrs.
If your GF gets worried about the setup then change the setup until she's onboard, your GF is your 1# partner in this and she should be included.
Dunno the factors involve besides the wattage, although a HPS lamp is an allaround favorite, some poeple like to alternate with HID lamps first, and HPS lamps later in the flowering/budding stage.
Anyway its been awhile since I did any indoor work, mostly an outdoor guy now. Indoor was fun, but trying to control every aspect of nature is tricky and you end up falling short. Good luck, keep me posted.

I have to say lengthen that cycle for veg cycle, you can use leds or flourescent lights until they veg a few weeks.then go hps 12/12 and get a small air purifier, it moves air, and cleans it too. You can cop em cheap at the goodwill, and buy a new filter at wally world. Its a low budget way to get better results my friend.
