Personally I would vape instead of smoke, less fumes.
Carbon scrubber is a good idea and can be found pretty cheap on eBay.
Small one would be ok for the occasional smoke.
Growing is a different story. Again would recommend a small stealth grow cabinet, with scrubbers for sure!
