oh i have that exact same book. trust me, its my go to for everything, and just straight theory development as well...


but im not following it religiously, im just curious as to my particular situation. yes it says less light more females, but im using flourescent lighting which "flickers" if you will, so i see no need to let them chill from heat or what have you, i want these fuckers to GROW haha
