will this affect plants/ plant growth in any way?

currently living with some other people, but the lease is up and i need to move out! so i mean, shit, that is SIX hours of power i can save, so i plan on switching.

Im somewhat concerned about possibly stunting or stressing them by doing this, or maybe even some type of confusion as to cutting the light back to flower....

the seeds are from a white widow clone that got pollinated with rouge pollen from a neighbors outdoor grow (fucker, good ol colorado.) but are showing basically the exact traits as the previous ones.

any advice would be great.

im running a double lamp 55watt pl-55 tek lamp for veg... its about 9600 lumens, and for bloom a GrowBright 2 Foot 6 Lamp High Output T5, about 12000 lumens. i know the price difference may not be much, but its still money, and im broke haha.
