Any experience with semi-flushing?
Hi all fella growers!
I have a quick question, so I over-fertilized/nute burned my ladies and I know the solution is to flush with 3 x the water compared to the pot size, ie. 3 gallon pot = 9 gallons of water. But I just recently over fertilized, so this watering I used a mild nutrient mix ~500 ppm and my runoff came out at ~1700ppm, so I ran 1 gallon of straight water ~60ppm and my runoff came out at ~900-1100. So I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with 'semi-flushing' compared to the 3x pot size standard? I plan on doing the same process next watering just to get my ppm down a little further before adding any nutes, I just wanna know if that sounds like a good idea?
