they can't live up to the regulations that are in place, and have been in place for 10 years. We're about to be on a quickly sinking ship.

BTW, how are they going to fund the ramp up to all of this red tape they are proposing? Who's budget is going to pay for all of this regulation and the computer systems and the staff, before they collect a dime in fees from anyone? What a pack of short sighted knee-jerk idiots we've elected.

The good thing is, when they get this in (July 2011, right?) and things get all fucked up.... there are going to be 200,000 Coloradoans on the registry by then.
