That's what they mean, on average the pot today is "better" through selective breedings and more optimal propogation techniques.

Back in the day, one couldn't walk into the local store and get some Kona Gold or Thai Stick. Lucky for me I always knew a lot of people in the military. In the 70's all kinds of good stuff was coming from Southeast Asia. I would wager that a goodly portion of the genetics you find here today were brought here by way military who served there. :rastasmoke:

Farmers didn't care about me when I could not pay for marijuana so I can't care about them now. Grow your own and put the dispensaries out of business. I only smoke what I grow.

Actually if you read the purposed bill the demand for medicinal canibus will increase because it will be cheaper than anything for rec.

anything grown for rec use will be taxed $50 per ounce where as anything grown for medicinal use will not be. that comes to an $800 mark up per pound.
