100W Daylight , 1,600 Lumens ea. X 4 = 6,400 lumens and will cover 4 plants all the way through the grow

the home depot has. Ecosmart 150 watt equivalent cfl 2600 lumens available in 2700k and 6500k . 4 of them would give you 10,400 lumens.

That light will work better then cfl's. I have never used one, but i do know you would have a problem with heat in less you vent well. But i dont know how your growing. Read the lighting section, its has great information in it. I used cfl's for my first grow inside. They were great and i got just about if not more yield in the end. The thing with cfl's you can put plants in a box with a bunch of cfl's and just a bit of ventilation will do ya. Plus you can veg and bud pretty much with the same lights.

If you use the other light, just make sure its wired correctly. We dont want to see that you burned your house down.

Good luck and if ya need lelp just ask:rasta:
