Welcome to Can Com. :greenthumb:

I am a native californian but living "back east" :rastasmoke: these days.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but the way I read this Prop, the good folks of Humboldt don't have to legalize or tax within their county if they really don't want to. I hope they do, though, I like the idea from the article of making it like the napa valley for bud. imp:

The one thing this Prop would mandate to all counties is that adults can grow their own in a 25 sf garden. I don't see how that is going to lead to the large industrial size commercial grows that everyone seems to fear will take over the market. I don't see it but someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

This seems to me like the correct baby step, leaving most of this stuff optional at the county level. This is different than Prop 215 which mandated to the counties. This Prop is purposely drafted this way, to answer some of the concerns the Supreme Court raised against 215.

I say, don't worry be happy :hippy: :rastasmoke: vote yes, and let cali grow to the next level.
