There's going to be some interesting legal arguements on this. I'm sure they'll eventually end up in scotus.

Here's my argument.

I don't see anything in the Constitution or the Bill of Rights that allows the Federal government to FORCE us to hand our hard-earned money over to a mostly-private industry.

I read the entire bill, all 1,000+ pages of it. Some good, some bad, then that colossal screwup I just mentioned, which is not stated but it is explicitly implied by the wording of the bill.

Next thing you know they'll pass a bill requiring us to buy stuff from the prophylactic industry every so often just because we might have sex.
