    Light Cylce

In June the longest day of sun is 15 hours of light. from 5:30 to 8:30, Will this be sufficient? If i veg indoors should i do 14/10? and increase to 15/9 and then plant outdoors around may.
Is this more natural for the plants? i'm used to indoors on 18/6
