it seems that the detox products give you the B2 and the creatine and whatever else you need to avoid getting a "diluted" result, while the water you drink with the product does the diluting. In other words, a detox product will save me the hassle of getting B2 and eating red meat in the days before, downing rolaids, etc....it's "Dilution For Dummies", right? I don't mind dropping a few dollars to make sure i get it right...
The thing is youre dropping lots of dollars, and still getting it wrong. Like webdox said, it takes 2 days for the body to metabolize creatine into creatinine. Therefore the creatine content in the magic potion is useless when consumed on the day of the U/A.

Bottom line is all detox products (regardless of brand) are nothing but a big scam to prey upon the uninformed and credulous and taking their cash.
