Medical Examination in 2 days!!

Hi all,

First post but have been reading alot from here over the past few days.. Ill start with my physical details..

I weigh 180 lbs, have a slight beer gut and am about 5,11 tall..

Ive been smoking the wacky for about 3 years, about 1gram a day with a bong.. and have now been told i need to do a periodical medical exam for my work which also consists of a drug screen. Im not sure of the process with which the screening is done but i do know that the medical examination will be checking protein and glucose via the urinalysis as well as the standard physical exam.

There will be a 5 day gap from the last time i smoked (approx 4/5 cones of not very potent stuff) to the time of the exam.. I think the substitution method will be out of the question as there will be someone witnessing me tinkle.. as well as having to wear a gown.. so im left with the dillution method..

I have just gone out and purchased Creatine Monohydrate powder, vitamin B12 - 250mcg, aspro clear (asprin - 300mg tablets) and have a few questions as to the quantity of creatine that i am required to take.. The Loading intrusctions on the bottle suggests i take 4 serves (5g) per day.. Should i stick to the reccommended amounts or should i overdose on the creatine??.. At this moment i have approx 2-3 days till my exam...

And i have now read over the dilluting methods and found he statded B2.. not B12.. Will i need to go get some B2 or will this B12 be fine for colouring my wee??..

Im stressing hard core over this as i will prob be suspended from duties for some time if i show up as a positive for THC.. if not fired completely as i work in a critical saftey environment..

Is there anyone out there with similar details tyo myself that can confirm the dilluting works??.. Ive read alot of people comming back with failed due to dillution but not a lot of people saying it worked.. and the ones that have claimed it worked have been off the stuff for alot longer then myself..

WOW.. 25 views and not a single person can tell me if i need to overdose on creatine or if i need B2 instead of B12..

I'm a very busy, very important person, I don't have time for the little people.:jointsmile:
I doubt dillution will work for you. With an everyday smoker even 2 weeks would probably not be enough time to get clean.
Subbing really is your best bet.
When a physical is involved I keep my bottle of synthetic urine in my pocket with a heat pad on it till the physical is over. Then I get dressed and stick the bottle in my shorts. Sometimes it might be a good idea if you don't know how the exam is going to work is to keep the bottle in your shorts just in case they do the UA first.

I didnt realise that dillution was me getting clean??.. I thought dillution was basically just watering down my sample with excessive fluid intake. So your telling me that after 4 days of not smoking and me folling the dillution tips to the letter i will still have no chance of passing a drug screen?.. Im not going to have time to purchase synthetic urine and am more worried about being caught with a condom full of piss on me then being screened as positive...

Please oh please tell me i have a chance to pass via the dillution methods..

Test is today in 5 hours!!

No one can be sure whether you'll pass or not. Just follow the dilution sticky to a T and hope for the best. You obviously have no other options. I wish you the best of luck and please let us know your results.

Test is over and ill be damned... Ive been stressing for nothing as they didnt do a drug screen.. Ofcourse i was worried all thru the medical and had to have my blood pressure tested 3 times due to a high heart rate.. Doc even mentioned i must be nervous.. When he asked for urine sample he said they no longer test for drugs and that it was for proteins and glucose..

So ive spent the last 4 days worrying madly for nothing...

thanks to all the posters here that helped me to get thru the past 4 days.. thankfully i didnt require everything i went thru..

btw, by the time i got there and pissed it was a perfect yellow

now its time to go have a pipe
