First Time Grow and harvest, Have a question.

I am growing an indaca strain thats all I know about it and I am in the seventh week going on eight of flowering. The buds were looking great the whole time, super frosty, and sticky, been checking out the tricomes with a scope and they are milky white, havent seen any amber yet. Alot of rusty hairs also. If I had a pic I would post it, but today I noticed that the sugar leaves around the top of the main cola on a few plants have started to grow out from the buds like they are going back to vegetating. I'm just wondering if this is normal or mabey it is time to cut em up. I was told this plant is done after eight weeks. So my question is should I harvest the ones that are growing more or would it be alright if I let them go another week? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

don't look a anything but the trichomes.

if they are mostly cloudy it's time. If you see some clear and no amber you might wait just a few days more.

You are doing exactly what you should be doing. Hope you have a real good harvest.

    What strain is it ?

i suggest you wait the week and then chop her down, the main thing to do is keep them on a 12 hour light cycle,

sativas tend to do what your describing. it may be a hybrid on the other side that gives it that sativa trait. try it at 8,9 and 10 weeks and see which is best, provided you take clones. repetition and practice makes perfect in this field and always requires dialing things in.
